ok - so I've finally had enough of all this mucking about - I've done a meal replacement diet so I KNOW that I have the will power - so what's been stopping me ???? Well I've no idea - BUT what I do know is enough is enough !! I am going to start my journey by getting back to under 13 stone - I am going to set up a home gym by the end of the weekend and I am going to plan and track EVERYTHING that I eat and drink - I am going to start some different exercise too ...... and I am going to start to sort my life out .... one step at a time ........

I never cook a decent meal for myself. And with being single and watching my money closely. I need to learn how to shop economically and make my food dollars last while providing healthy meals for myself. Anyone else out there like me??

Still really positve and it is amazing how being positive and having some good results can motivate you! The kids had good reports so we had a Chinese on Saurday (in my defense we have not had a takeaway for weeks!). Normaly we have dishes to share and a dish each, my choice being Mushroom Curry and chips. But on saturday I had bits of the shared dishes and Chicken and Sweetcorn soup as my choice. I felt so pleased with myself and weighed 14 stone 6 this morning!!! The only problem I have is that in order to fit in to the next size of clothes in my wardrope (Size 16) I still have lots of inches to go. Lots of inches from lots of places! Tops of arms, back, stomach, bottom and thighs! I also measured myself and them wished I had'nt! But I am still determined to keep up the healthy eating and exercises and one day I will write in this blog that I am wearing (possibly not well) a size 16 pair of jeans!!

I want to get to my healthy weight

well i have had a slump for the last two weeks as i have been unwell. i had tonsilitis and the worlds worst toothache. But my diet has stayed strong but my exercise has gone by the wayside something awful. ( humiliatingly my new trainers are still in their box- don't say it) Its my final weigh in of the month next tuesday - my goal was to be under 220lbs - i'll let you know how it went. On my plan to keep feeling good about myself regardless of my weight i am coming a long well. I bought a lovely slinky new pyjama set from Sainsburys ( rose printed satin cami and cropped pants) and i feel super slinky and sexy in bed now. I also have a manicure and pedicure booked for Saturday because you are never too fat for pretty feet and hands :) Im going on a buy one bring a friend for free so i am taking my super tiny friend Alice. And we will both look super slinky together. ( just noticed i use the word super a lot- i will try to rein that in ) I am still feeling really positive and when my illness subside. i will be pounding that stepper during all my favourite shows!
