Now lost a stone so am still on track to hit 15st 7lbs at month end. Cycling is making a real difference - been wiondy the last couple of days which makes it hard work - but results are worth it - feeling better (and the snoring has stopped). Early weight loss seems easy - it is bound to get harder but the plan takes this into account. Pleased with progress.

Going well so far. The mild weather means I can get out on my bike regularly - trying to do 70 mins every other day. Have also cut down on food intake (cakes and potatoes), but more vegetables. Drinking lots of water. Have lost 12lbs over the last 3 weeks so on track at the moment. Need to keep it up - will join the local gym if the weather turns and I can't do the bike. Am looking forward to being a slim bloke on the beach rather than a beached whale.
